1. Orders and Fulfillment
All products, including custom-shaped plush pillows, are made to order via print-on-demand partners. Orders are binding once placed and confirmed. Production typically begins shortly after payment, and changes or cancellations are generally not possible thereafter. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors, or unavailability, and will issue a refund if applicable.

2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping unless stated. Payment is processed securely via our integrated providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us to charge the selected payment method. All sales are final upon confirmation, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain ownership of any designs or content you upload or provide for customization. By submitting content, you grant us and our fulfillment partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it solely to produce and fulfill your orders. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights). We prohibit illegal, infringing, or harmful content and may remove it or terminate access without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties beyond those required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. This includes delays, delivery issues, or product variations inherent to custom manufacturing.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content infringing third-party rights, or your misuse of our site or products.

6. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
