Shipping and delivery
Most orders are fulfilled (printed, packed, and ready to ship) in 2–12 business days after your order is placed. This can vary by design complexity, product type (shaped pillows may take a bit longer), and provider workload. Busy seasons (holidays) might add a few extra days—we'll keep you updated via email if needed.
Shipping Time & Estimates (after fulfillment)
Domestic (US): 3–8 business days (most arrive in 4–6 days via USPS/UPS/FedEx equivalents).
International: 7–20+ business days (customs can add time; tracking provided).
These are estimates only—actual delivery depends on your location, carrier routes, and any unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, etc.). We provide tracking numbers automatically via email once shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight/size (shaped pillows are plush and may qualify for standard rates). We pass on our provider's rates—no markups from us.
Example US rates (approximate; check your connected provider for exact): $4–$10 for first item, $2–$5 each additional.

We ship worldwide where our providers support it (most countries).
Tracking & Updates
You'll get a tracking link emailed as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. We can't speed up carriers, but contact us if something seems off.
Delays or Issues
We aim for fast, reliable delivery, but we don't control postal services. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, reach out—we'll help investigate with the carrier/provider. For damaged/lost items, our policy aligns with (replacements/refunds usually covered if proven).
