Returns and refunds
At Plush Haven Hub, all products—including our custom-shaped plush pillows—are made to order using print-on-demand technology. This ensures each item is unique and personalized, but it also means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer's remorse.
Eligible Returns (Defects or Damage)
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the order due to a manufacturing error:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery via [your email or contact form].
Provide clear photos of the issue, your order number, and details.
No return shipping is required in most cases—we handle resolution directly with our fulfillment partners (Printful or Printify).
In qualifying cases, we will arrange a reprint (replacement) at no additional cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees where applicable) to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Eligible Returns
Custom or personalized items (including all shaped plush pillows) are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of proven defects.
We do not offer exchanges, size swaps, or refunds for incorrect customer-provided details.
All sales are final once production begins.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production starts (usually within a few hours of placement). Contact us immediately if you need to cancel—we will review and process a refund if feasible. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.
Additional Notes
We do not control carrier delays or lost packages; however, if an issue arises, we will assist in filing claims.
For international orders, customs duties or import fees are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
